Butterscotch Brownies

What is it?

Butterscotch brownies or perhaps also known as “blondies” is a type of brownie without the cocoa powder. It has a butterscotch taste from the vanilla and brown sugar that is mixed with butter. I have used this recipe for more than 20 years and has always been a hit every time it is made. I hope you enjoy it too!
